QR code & NFC
Ready in a few steps.
1TipFlow offers table displays and stickers with a QR code or NFC. Alternatively, download QR codes in the TipFlow dashboard and create your own displays and stickers.
2Customers and guests use their smartphone to scan the QR code or tap the NFC chip. The TipFlow web app opens directly in the browser.
3No account, no sign-up: customers and guests pick a preset amount or enter their own.
4Customers and guests can optionally leave a short thank-you message and their name.
All common online payment methods are available: Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, SEPA direct debit and Klarna.
TipFlow supports all common online payment methods that have become established in recent years. This way TipFlow makes sure customers and guests always have at least one payment method available. Even anyone who has never paid online can enter their IBAN and give a digital tip by direct debit.
Many more payment methods are available. Country-specific methods can be used as well, for example iDEAL in the Netherlands or TWINT in Switzerland.
Alternatively, receive tips by bank card directly at the TipFlow Terminal: See it now
Voluntary instead of forced
Many card terminals ask for a tip with preset percentages while you pay. That sounds convenient, but it has a decisive flaw: it pushes customers and guests into a decision that should really be free.
Tipping prompt at the terminal
Customers and guests are asked for a tip exactly when they are already paying. The moment of appreciation often lies minutes or hours in the past.
The percentage selection on the screen feels like a demand. Many customers and guests find it uncomfortable and refuse to tip in protest, even though they actually wanted to.
Anyone who paid online in advance or comes without a card is never asked at all. The on-screen request only appears at the till, not where service happens.
QR code & NFC from TipFlow
Customers and guests decide for themselves when to say thanks: right at the table after great service, at the treatment chair, at reception, or on the way out. That freedom leads to more and larger tips.
Nobody is asked or pressured. Those who give on their own initiative give happily and give more. Exactly that freedom makes the difference.
Table displays and stickers, with a QR code or NFC, work independently of till and card payment: at the table, at the parking spot, at the counter. Every customer and guest can use the way.
